1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION AUREM is an autonomous AI-powered business automation platform designed for small and medium businesses. The platform provides autonomous lead generation, customer relationship management, outreach automation, revenue analytics, and economic business intelligence. AUREM operates through AI agents (ORA, Scout, Envoy, Oracle) that perform business tasks on behalf of the user.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE AUREM is intended for legitimate business purposes only. Users agree to use the platform solely for lawful business operations including but not limited to: lead management, customer outreach, business analytics, and operational automation.

3. PROHIBITED USES Users shall NOT: - Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to AUREM or any of its components - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform - Use AUREM for any illegal activities including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or unauthorized data collection - Use AUREM to send unsolicited communications in violation of Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) or any other applicable anti-spam laws - Use the Economic Intelligence features for securities trading, investment advisory, or any regulated financial activity - Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls

4. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS - All subscriptions are billed monthly in Canadian Dollars (CAD) - Payment is due at the start of each billing period - Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice - Usage is subject to the limits of your selected plan

5. CANCELLATION POLICY - You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support - Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - No refunds are issued for the current billing period after cancellation - Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted

6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY - AUREM is provided on a best-effort basis - We do not guarantee 100% uptime at this stage of the platform - Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible - We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polaris Built Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AUREM. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

AUREM's Economic Intelligence features provide general business context only and do not constitute investment advice. Polaris Built Inc. assumes no liability for any business or investment decisions made based on data displayed in the platform.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, features, and functionality of AUREM are owned by Polaris Built Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.

9. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of AUREM after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
