WHAT DATA WE COLLECT - Business profile data: company name, contact information, industry, location - Lead and customer data: information you upload or generate through the platform for your business operations - Usage analytics: anonymized platform usage patterns to improve our services - IP address: for security, fraud prevention, and access logging - Authentication data: email, encrypted password hash, session tokens - Economic Intelligence interactions: which data views you access (anonymized)

WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT OR DO - We do NOT sell your data to third parties - We do NOT share your data with advertisers - We do NOT use your business data to train AI models for other customers - Your client data remains your property at all times - We do NOT track your browsing activity outside of AUREM

3. DATA STORAGE - All data is stored on Canada-based servers - Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption - Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only

4. DATA RETENTION - Active accounts: data is retained for the duration of your subscription - After cancellation: data is retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted - You may request immediate deletion at any time (see Your Rights below) - Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely

5. YOUR RIGHTS Under PIPEDA and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to: - Request access to your personal data - Request correction of inaccurate data - Request deletion of your data at any time - Withdraw consent for data processing - Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
